Practical classroom ideas for developing learners’ exam strategies

As the exam season is once again approaching, the focus of teaching and learning inevitably shifts towards test preparation. In this webinar, we shall explore how teachers can help learners to develop effective strategies for tackling the exam tasks that they often find challenging. The tried-and-tested teaching techniques to be shared will cover selected types of tasks across the four language skills. Nevertheless, there is more to language learning than passing exams and obtaining certificates. Examples from current textbooks will, therefore, be used to illustrate an integrative approach that combines language development with exam preparation in the classroom.
