Dear Mr Seymour,
Following our telephone conversation, we are pleased to enclose herewith a leaflet with our rates for the organisation of
a two-day seminar for 50 people from 23rd to 25th February, together with brochures of our hotel and meeting rooms.
The prices include the use of the “Salon des Aigles”, half-board accommodation and two coffee breaks for the whole
length of the seminar.
We are also pleased to offer free access to our Fitness Centre to all the participants in the seminar.
We wish to remind you that it is our policy to confirm reservation of the rooms upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the
total amount. The balance must be paid on receipt of our invoice. The deposit will be kept as cancellation fee should you
cancel your booking within less than 30 days before the beginning of the seminar.
